To save paper and reduce operating costs, we communicate with our members mainly through email. You will receive messages related to K-12 Geography Education and related TGA activities every week and all of them will relate to low-cost or no-cost materials available for teachers, helpful lesson plans, professional development opportunities, and other geography related information.  No personal information is shared on the map. 
​Having Trouble Receiving TGA Newsletters? It has come to our attention that some TGA members are not receiving our newsletter since we navigated (pun intended) to using Smore. If so, this is an issue that needs to be resolved with your schools district's IT department. IT departments need to ‘whitelist’ (the opposite of ‘blacklist’) the email sender with originating address: [email protected]
